This project involves designing an office block within an existing factory shed. The client's requirements included a storage room, a supervisor's room, a director's room, a conference room, ablutions, and a display area for manufactured products.

The design features a simple yet functional layout. The foyer, with a small footprint, is double-height and accommodates the staircase. Utility rooms are located on either side of the foyer. The director's room and conference room are situated on the mezzanine, opposite each other, with glazing to allow a visual axis between the two rooms.
